Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering our oven cleaning services. The following terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties involved in the cleaning process.

• Scheduling: All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance. By booking online all appointments are a request only. I will check before confirming the appointment due to time for travelling in-between appointments. If it is unfeasable for me to be in your area that day I will contact you with alternative dates and times. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made. I work for many businesses and Estate Agents and have arrangements in place. We accept cash, bank transfer, or card payments immediately after the clean has finished . A deposit may be required for larger jobs. Due to repeat non payment in a timely fashion once the clean is completed if you will not be present when finished please make payment before I commence. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE I LEAVE THE PREMISES.
• Liability: We will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property during the cleaning process. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues with the oven. We also cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by customer misuse. Unfortunately I have made the tough decision to not clean SMEG, Cannon or Flavel. All other makes of Cookers will be cleaned.
• Safety: Our technicians are trained in the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment. However, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries that occur as a result of customer negligence or failure to follow our safety guidelines.
• Satisfaction guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

• Access & Parking: You must provide us with access to the oven and surrounding area at the scheduled cleaning time. If we are unable to access the oven or the area is deemed unsafe for cleaning, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge a cancellation fee of 50%.​ Also if the Oven to be cleaned does not fully work when tested a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fee will become immediately due. Parking is needed within 50 metres of the property, ideally with a level area for my specialist Dip tank
• Additional Services: We may offer additional services, such as cleaning the cooker hood or replacing the oven light bulb. These services will be subject to additional fees and will be discussed with you prior to commencing.

​All Agas/Stanleys/Rayburns and Everhots must be turned off the night before the clean. Failure to do this will mean the clean will have to be rebooked and also a 50% fee charged for non commencement of the clean on the day.

DECEMBER BOOKINGS: Please note that due to how busy December is, any bookings that need to be changed by the customer in this month, will not be completed in December. This is due to having an alternate list of those waiting.
